No, but creating an account makes reorders, address management, and tracking easier.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Select your product, upload your pet photo (if applicable), choose options, then checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—if production hasn’t started. Email CozyEmporium@hotmail.com ASAP with “ORDER CHANGE” + your order number.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What now?
Check spam/junk folders. Still no email? Contact us and include your name and the date you ordered.
Custom Pet Portrait Mats
What kind of pet photo works best?
- High‑resolution (clear, not blurry).
- Good lighting; natural light preferred.
- Full head visible (ears included!).
- Front‑facing or slight angle.
How do I submit my photo?
Upload on the product page or email it to CozyEmporium@hotmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, for most custom items. We’ll email a digital proof—please reply within 48 hrs to approve or request edits.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1–3 business days. Transit: USA ~7 days; Europe ~15 days; other regions vary by carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—shipping is free to the USA and Europe. Other regions are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Often yes, depending on size and carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need P.O. box delivery.
Where is my tracking number?
We email tracking when your order ships. Allow up to 48 hrs for carrier scans to appear. Didn’t receive it? Reach out and we’ll resend.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible (non‑custom) items: contact us within 14 days of delivery; must be unused and in original condition.
Are custom pet mats returnable?
Custom items are generally final sale unless damaged, misprinted, or defective. Send photos and we’ll help.
How do I request a return?
Email CozyEmporium@hotmail.com with “RETURN REQUEST” + order number. Include reason & photos if applicable.

How do I clean my desk mat?
Spot clean with mild soap & water; air dry flat. Avoid bleach and high heat.
Can I machine wash kitchen drying mats?
Most can be gentle‑cycled cold and air‑dried; check the product listing for care icons.
How should I store my mat?
Roll (art side out) or lay flat; avoid sharp folds to protect printing.
