Artwork Review (Custom Items)
If you ordered a pet portrait mat, we’ll email a proof for approval.
Processing & Packaging
Products are printed, quality checked, and packed for shipment (1–3 business days typical).
Shipped
You’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hrs for carrier scans.
Delivered
Marked delivered by the carrier. Having trouble locating it? See troubleshooting below.

I Already Have a Tracking Number

Great! Click the link in your shipping confirmation email to open the live carrier page. That page shows the most current scans, estimated delivery date, and any exceptions.

If the link isn’t working, copy your tracking number and paste it into the carrier’s site (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Marked “Delivered” But Not Found?

  • Check porches, side doors, garage, mailbox, and parcel lockers.
  • Ask neighbors or building staff.
  • Look for a delivery notice or attempted‑delivery slip.
  • Wait 48 hrs—some carriers scan early.
  • If still missing, contact us (include photos of delivery area if possible).
