Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends & holidays).

Custom Pet Portrait Items: If artwork approval is required, we’ll email a proof. Production begins after approval, which may add 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive both an order confirmation email and a shipping notification once your package is on the way.

Tracking & Shipping Updates

  • You’ll get a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier scans to appear.
  • Tracking links are clickable—follow them for the most current transit info.
  • If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Make Sure Your Address Is Correct

Accurate addresses help prevent delays or returns. Please double‑check:

  • Full name & company (if applicable).
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (required for many carriers).
  • Correct ZIP / postal code.
  • Valid phone number for carrier contact in some regions.

If you notice an error after ordering, email us immediately with the subject “ADDRESS CHANGE + Order #”. We can correct addresses that haven’t shipped yet.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO & Remote Areas

We can often ship to P.O. boxes and select APO/FPO addresses depending on carrier rules and product size. Some large-format desk mats may require a street address.

If you need a special delivery solution, contact us before checkout so we can advise the best option.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different fulfillment centers (for example, custom pet mats vs. stock kitchen mats). Each package will have its own tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping outside the USA may incur import duties, VAT, or local taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are not collected at checkout (unless explicitly shown) and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.

Possible Delivery Delays

Transit times can be affected by carrier volume, weather, customs inspections, public holidays, or peak retail seasons. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of major disruptions.

Lost, Late, or Marked “Delivered” But Missing

  • Check the tracking link for delivery scans & location notes (porch, locker, reception, etc.).
  • Look with neighbors, building staff, or household members.
  • Allow 48 hrs—many carriers mark delivered slightly early.
  • If still missing, email us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll help start a trace with the carrier.
