Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping & payment info, and confirm. For custom pet mats, you’ll be prompted to upload your pet image or email it later.

Can I edit my order after checkout?

Email us ASAP at CozyEmporium@hotmail.com with “ORDER CHANGE” + your order number. Changes are possible only before production or shipment.

Do I need an account?

No account required, but creating one makes re-ordering and tracking easier.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated transit: USA ~7 days; Europe ~15 days; other regions vary. Custom art approvals may add time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates for outside the USA & Europe are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Often yes, depending on carrier and package size. Contact us if unsure.

Custom Pet Portrait Art Guide

Ordering a custom pet desk mat? Follow these tips to get the best result:

  • Upload a clear, high‑resolution photo in good lighting.
  • Your pet’s face should be fully visible (no heavy shadows or crop).
  • Front‑facing or slightly angled photos work best.
  • One pet per photo unless your product selection supports multiples.

Use the product page uploader, or email us at CozyEmporium@hotmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Artwork Approval

We’ll send a proof to approve. Please reply within 48 hrs; no reply may delay your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?

For eligible (non‑custom) items: contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Are custom pet mats returnable?

Custom items are usually final sale unless damaged, misprinted, or defective. Contact us with photos if there’s an issue.

How do I start a return?

Email CozyEmporium@hotmail.com with “RETURN REQUEST” + order number. Include photos (if damaged) and reason for return.

Product Care Tips

Keep your pet portrait desk mats & kitchen drying mats looking great:

  • Spot clean with mild soap & water; air dry flat.
  • Avoid bleach & harsh chemicals.
  • Do not machine dry on high heat; heat may affect artwork.
  • Roll gently (art side out) for storage; avoid creasing.

Billing & Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment options shown at checkout. All transactions process in USD unless otherwise noted by your payment provider. International banks may charge conversion or cross‑border fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments outside the USA may incur import charges (VAT, duties, handling). These are not collected at checkout unless shown and remain the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
